All Bills
This page shows all the utility bills associated with your instance of Observe. It shows all active electric bills by default.
To show data on the page, you must first filter by Bill date in the top left of the table.
The smart table displays the following:

Transaction number: The transaction associated with the bill

Account number: The account associated with the bill

Bill number: The number identifying the bill

Utility bill type: The type of utility the bill is for (water, natural gas, and so on)

Mapped UOM: Indicates whether the unit of measurement was mapped correctly when the bill was imported; you can click the cell indicating a bill is unmapped to map it correctly

Mapped reading: Indicates whether the reading type was mapped correctly when the bill was imported; you can click the cell indicating a bill is unmapped to map it correctly

Bill status: Indicates the status of the bill (in review, hold payment, invoice paid, and so on)

Site name: The site the utility bill is for

Site description: The description of the site the utility bill is for

Bill date: The date on the bill (often the same as the due date)

Bill start date: The first day of the billing period for the bill

Billing end date: The last day of the billing period for the bill

Last change: The date the bill was last modified
-
Total bill amount: The total charge for the bill
-
HQ conversion: The conversion rate used for currency changes on the bill

Current charges: The total charge as of the current day

Utility company: The company to whom the bill is to be paid

Vendor number: The vendor number of the company to whom the bill is to be paid

Bill image: Allows you to view the image of the bill (for printing) if available
Select a transaction number to open bill details.
Actions
Other functionalities to help you manage and interact with your utility bills. These buttons display on the bottom left corner of the page.

Import utility bills: Import tool opens so you can import bills into the system.

Enter manual bill: Enter a bill manually.

Refresh bill summary: Refresh the bill data shown. This option prompts you to select the site whose bills you want to refresh, as well as the start and end date between which any bill changes made should be reflected in the table.

Refresh all data at site: When you update a bill and refresh all data, changes apply to other Utility Bill pages, such as Bill Summary, and Bill Totals.
